Text
As used in this chapter, "land surveyor" means any of the following:
(1)A professional surveyor registered under IC 25-21.5.
(2)An employee or subordinate of a professional surveyor
registered under IC 25-21.5.
(3)An individual who is exempt from registration as a
professional surveyor under IC 25-21.5-3.
