Text

A person who in good faith orders or performs a medical examination or autopsy under statutory authority is immune from civil liability for damages for ordering or performing the examination or autopsy. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 17-3-17-15.] As added by Acts 1980, P.L.212, SEC.1.
