Text

While doing work under section 10 or 11 of this chapter, a professional surveyor registered under IC 25-21.5, or the employees of the professional surveyor, an unregistered county surveyor, or the employees of a county surveyor are not considered trespassers and are liable only for the actual damages they cause to property.
