Text

The recorder shall record a certified copy of a matter relating to bankruptcy if federal law requires that the copy be filed in the county in which lands of the bankrupt are located in order to give notice of the bankruptcy. The recorder shall record the copy in the miscellaneous records and shall index it in the same manner as deeds, in the name of the bankrupt as grantor and the trustee in bankruptcy or receiver as grantee.
