Text

At the expiration of the treasurer's term, the treasurer shall deliver to the treasurer's successor all public money in the treasurer's possession. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citation: 17-3-32-13 part.] As added by Acts 1980, P.L.212, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.127-2017, SEC.63.
