§ 36-2-1-3 — Order declaring boundaries to be changed; effect

An order made under section 2(e) of this chapter operates to transfer the detached territory, and all persons and property in that territory, to the jurisdiction of the county to which it is attached for all judicial purposes, either civil or criminal.
