Text
The library board shall:
(1)comply with; and
(2)participate in;
the statewide library card program described in IC 4-23-7.1-5.1.
However, the library board may enter into a reciprocal borrowing
agreement with another library board under IC 36-1-7 or IC 36-12-3-7
to provide to or receive from the other library board library service.
