Text
The library board shall comply with and participate in the statewide library card program described in IC 4-23-7.1-5.1. However, the library board may enter into a reciprocal borrowing agreement with another library board under section 7 of this chapter or IC 36-1-7 to:
(1)provide library service to; or
(2)receive library service from;
the other library board.
