§ 36-12-3-14 — Absence of library board member or employee; authorization; expenses

When required by the interests of the library, the library board may authorize a member of the library board or an individual employed by the library to be absent from the public library. The library board may pay out of the library's funds the necessary hotel and board bills and transportation expenses of the member or individual while absent in the interest of the public library.
