§ 36-12-2-21 — Compensation
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 12 LIBRARIES·Ch. 2 Class 1 Public Libraries: Organization and Board
A member of a library board shall serve
without compensation. A board member may not serve as a paid
employee of the public library, except the treasurer as provided in
section 22 of this chapter.
