§ 36-12-2-17 — Additional members of county contractual library board; appointments

The four (4) additional members of a county contractual library board required by IC 36-12-6-2 shall be appointed as follows:
(1)Two (2) members appointed by the executive of the county in
which the county contractual library district is located.
(2)Two (2) members appointed by the county auditor of the
county in which the library district is located.
