Text
A compact continues in force and remains
binding on each party state until six (6) months after a state has given
notice of repeal by the legislature. The repeal of an interstate library
compact chapter does not relieve any party to an interstate library
compact agreement from the obligation of that agreement before the
end of the compact's stipulated period of duration.
