§ 36-11-3-11 — Notice of adoption of an ordinance
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 11 COUNTY ONSITE WASTE MANAGEMENT·Ch. 3 Establishment or Dissolution of Districts
The district shall provide notice of the adoption of an ordinance under section 10 of this chapter to:
(1)local health departments;
(2)the department of environmental management;
(3)the department of natural resources; and
(4)the Indiana department of health.
