Text
The city-county legislative body may issue
bonds or notes to fund all or any part of a facility to promote sports and
fitness within the corporate boundaries of the consolidated city, or to
pay any costs associated with such a facility, including reimbursement
of any costs associated with the facility that have been paid by any
other entity.
