Text
The general assembly covenants that it will not repeal or amend:
(1)IC 6-9-7-6;
(2)IC 6-9-7-7;
(3)IC 36-10-3-40;
(4)IC 36-10-3-41;
(5)IC 36-10-3-42; and
(6)IC 36-10-3-43;
in a manner that would adversely affect owners of the bonds as long as
the bonds are outstanding.
