Text

(a)If the park governor determines that the size of the department's operation requires assistants for the superintendent, the park governor may appoint, upon the recommendation of the superintendent, at least one (1) assistant. The park governor shall determine the assistant's qualifications on a basis similar to that prescribed for the superintendent.
(b)Each assistant is directly responsible to the superintendent and shall perform the duties specified by the superintendent.
