Text

(a)This section applies to all townships.
(b)The township executive may:
(1)levy a tax; and
(2)use appropriated township funds; to pay for recreation programs, facilities (including a community center used for recreational purposes), or services. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citations: subsection
