§ 36-10-3-44 — Lease or contracts for performance of historical pageants and admissions and maintenance of facilities

The board may enter into a lease or contracts with not-for-profit corporations providing detailed terms and conditions for:

(1)the performance of historical pageants and entertainments; and
(2)the charging of admissions and maintenance of the facilities. The contract must not extend for a longer term than the term of the bonds.
