§ 36-10-3-2 — Definitions
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 10 RECREATION, CULTURE, AND COMMUNITY·Ch. 3 General Park and Recreation Law
As used in this chapter:
"Board" refers to a park and recreation board.
"Department" refers to a department of parks and recreation.
"District" means the area within the jurisdiction of a department.
