§ 36-10-16-32 — Economic improvement projects

If the lease provides for an economic
improvement project or improvements to an economic improvement
project to be constructed by the commission, the plans and
specifications shall be submitted to and approved by all agencies
designated by law to pass on plans and specifications for such project
or improvements.
