Text
(a)Bonds issued under IC 36-7-12, IC 36-7-14, or other applicable law may be refunded as provided in this
section.
(b)An eligible participant or Indiana nonprofit corporation may sell
all or a part of land or an economic improvement project or projects to
the commission for a price sufficient to provide for the refunding of
those bonds and lease back the land or economic improvement project
or projects from the commission.
