§ 36-10-16-26 — Joint agreements
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 10 RECREATION, CULTURE, AND COMMUNITY·Ch. 16 Midwest Continental Divide Commission
The commission may enter into an agreement with an eligible participant or Indiana nonprofit corporation to:
(1)jointly equip, own, and purchase economic improvement
projects in or serving the district; or
(2)otherwise carry out the purposes of the commission.
