§ 36-10-16-15 — "Trail project"

As used in this chapter, "trail project" refers to the acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance of a trail system designed to leverage the continental divide, the state parks and reserves, and the other ecotourism assets located in the territories of an eligible unit or a reservation site.
