§ 36-10-14-7 — Personnel

Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 10 RECREATION, CULTURE, AND COMMUNITY·Ch. 14 Public Playgrounds Maintained by School; Third Class

(a)The board may select and pay for directors and assistants.

(b)The directors and assistants, while on duty and to preserve order and the observance of the rules and bylaws of the board, have all the powers of police officers of the city.

(c)The compensation for the directors and assistants shall be:

(1)fixed by the board; and
