§ 36-10-14-6 — Management of property
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 10 RECREATION, CULTURE, AND COMMUNITY·Ch. 14 Public Playgrounds Maintained by School; Third Class
The board:
(1)has full control of all playgrounds, including the preservation
of order on playgrounds; and
(2)may adopt suitable rules and bylaws for the control of
playgrounds. The board may enforce the rules by suitable
penalties.
