Text

(a)A children's museum is not entitled to receive financial assistance under section 8 of this chapter until the governing body of the museum agrees with the board of school trustees, by proper resolution, to do the following:
(1)To allow the board of school trustees of a town furnishing financial assistance to the children's museum to nominate individuals eligible for membership on the board of trustees or other governing body of the museum. The children's museum must elect one (1) member from the list or lists of individuals nominated as a member of the board of trustees or other governing body of the children's museum. The member elected under this subdivision represents all towns.
(2)To grant free admission to the children's museum and galleries to all students and teachers of a tow
