§ 36-10-12-11 — Duration of entitlement of benefits
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 10 RECREATION, CULTURE, AND COMMUNITY·Ch. 12 Children's Museum in Marion County
A children's museum is entitled to receive
the benefits provided under this chapter for as long as the board of
trustees or governing body of the children's museum performs or is
willing to perform the duties set forth in section 9 of this chapter.
