§ 36-10-11-7 — Trustees; rules; reimbursement of expenses

The trustees may adopt the rules that they
consider necessary for the proper conduct of their proceedings.
Trustees serve without pay but are entitled to reimbursement for any
expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of their duties.
