Text

The trustees originally appointed shall meet within thirty (30) days after their appointment. At this meeting the trustees shall appoint the directors of the authority and shall elect the following officers from among their number:

(1)President.
(2)Vice president.
(3)Secretary. The officers serve until the first Monday in January following their election. The trustees shall meet annually on the first Monday in January to reorganize, to appoint directors, and to transact business. Additional meetings may be called by the president or set at regular intervals by the trustees. As added by Acts 1982, P.L.218, SEC.5.
