§ 36-10-11-5 — Trustees; removal; procedure

A trustee may be removed from office for good cause by an order of the judge of the circuit or superior court of the county in which the authority is located, subject to the procedure of this section. A complaint stating the preferred charges may be filed by any person against a trustee. The cause shall be placed on the advanced calendar and be tried as other civil causes are tried by the court without the intervention of a jury. As added by Acts 1982, P.L.218, SEC.5.
