Text

(a)Within fifty (50) days after the adoption of the ordinance, the city executive shall appoint three (3) trustees and the city legislative body shall appoint two (2) trustees of the authority. All of the trustees must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and residents of the city for at least five (5) years before appointment.
(b)Initial terms of the trustees are as follows:
(1)The legislative body's appointees for terms of two (2) years.
(2)One (1) of the executive's appointees for a term of three (3) years.
(3)Two (2) of the executive's appointees for terms of four (4) years. At the expiration of a term, the appointing authority shall appoint a successor for a four (4) year term. Each trustee serves until the trustee's successor is appointed and qualified.
(c)If a trustee dies
