Text
The directors originally appointed shall meet within fifteen (15) days after their appointment at a time and place designated by the executive for the purpose of organization. The directors shall elect the following officers of the board from among their number:
(1)President.
(2)Vice president.
(3)Secretary.
(4)Treasurer.
The officers serve until the expiration of the first term to expire. The
board shall meet annually to reorganize within thirty (30) days after the
appointment of each successor director.
