§ 36-10-10-28 — Additions to convention center; party wall agreements

A city and an authority that enter into a
lease under this chapter may enter into party wall agreements or other
agreements concerning the attaching of an addition or additions to a
convention center. The agreement shall be recorded in the office of the
recorder of the county in which the building is located. The agreement
may provide for an easement or license to construct a part of an
addition over or above any building.
