Text

The legislative body or voters of a reorganized political subdivision may terminate a reorganization or restore one (1) or more of the reorganizing political subdivisions participating in a reorganization in the same manner that a reorganization may be initiated under this chapter. If the voters in the reorganized political subdivision approve a public question approving termination of the reorganization or restoration of a reorganizing political subdivision, the reorganized political subdivision shall terminate the reorganization and restore the reorganizing political subdivisions in the same manner as a reorganization is completed under this chapter.
