Text
If the functions of an elected office are
transferred to another elected office by a reorganization under this
article, any law, rule, or agreement that requires or permits an action by
an elected officer shall be treated after the functions of the elected
officer are transferred as referring to the elected officer to which the
functions have been transferred by the reorganization.
