Text
When a county recorder has received
certifications under this chapter from all of the reorganizing political
subdivisions, either from the legislative body of a political subdivision
or from a clerk of the circuit court after a petition process under section
23.5 of this chapter in a political subdivision, the county recorder shall
notify the county election board of each county in which a reorganizing
political subdivision is located.
