Text
A political subdivision:
(1)may exercise the powers granted under this article to
reorganize or enter into cooperative agreements without
complying with the provisions of any other law, statute, or rule;
and
(2)may, after the reorganization, exercise any power described in
IC 36-1.5-4-38.
