The submission of a statement under section 20 of this chapter by an applicant authorizes the entity to obtain all information that the entity considers relevant to the applicant's financial worth, assets and liabilities, organization, personnel, work experience, prosecution of work on previous contracts, condition and adequacy of equipment.
