§ 36-1-7-6 — Agreements; recording; filing

Before it takes effect, an agreement under section 3 of this chapter must be recorded with the county recorder. Not later than sixty (60) days after it takes effect, such an agreement must be filed with the state board of accounts for audit purposes.
