§ 36-1-4-6 — Interests in property; use, improvement, lease, or disposal

A unit may use, improve, develop, insure, protect, maintain, lease, and dispose of its interests in property. A municipality may exercise the powers granted in this section within four (4) miles outside of its corporate boundaries.
