A unit may require the attendance of witnesses and the production of documents relevant to matters being considered at meetings of a department or agency. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citations: 18-1-1.5-2(10); 18-4-3-11 part.] As added by Acts 1980, P.L.211, SEC.1.
