§ 36-1-26-3 — "License"
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 26 Effect of Criminal Convictions on Licensed Persons
As used in this chapter, "license" means any
license, registration, certification, permit, or endorsement required by
a unit for an individual to practice an occupation or profession in an
area over which the unit has jurisdiction.
