Text
(a)An owner that rents a short term rental
without obtaining a valid permit from a unit that adopts an ordinance
under this chapter commits a Class C infraction.
(b)Each short term rental transaction that the short term rental
provider completes without a short term rental permit constitutes a
separate violation of this section.
