§ 36-1-2-17 — "School corporation"
Indiana·Title 36 LOCAL GOVERNMENT·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions of General Applicability
"School corporation" means a local public
school corporation established under state law. The term includes a
school city, school town, metropolitan school district, consolidated
school corporation, county school corporation, township school
corporation, community school corporation, or united school
corporation.
