Text
The fiscal body of a unit or municipal corporation may:
(1)act on an application under section 3 of this chapter without
a hearing; and
(2)require an officer or employee seeking reimbursement under
this chapter to:
(A)answer questions under oath; or
(B)provide information or documents concerning the case or
investigation for which the officer or employee is seeking
reimbursement.
