§ 36-1-13-3 — Program establishment
(a)A political subdivision may establish a
program to provide incentives to employees of the political subdivision
to develop and implement cost saving measures for the political
subdivision.
(b)A program established under this chapter may include awards to
employees who suggest cost saving measures to the political
subdivision.
