Text

Conservation measures installed under a utility efficiency program or a guaranteed savings contract must be approved by the following:

(1)The Indiana department of health, department of homeland security, and any other state agency designated by statute.
(2)An architect or engineer licensed under IC 25-4 or IC 25-31 if the conservation measures have a cost of more than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
