5. As used in this chapter, "industry engineering standards" includes the following:
(1)Lifecycle costing.
(2)The R. S. Means estimating method developed by the R. S.
Means Company.
(3)Historical data.
(4)Manufacturer's data.
(5)American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air
Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standards.
