Text
A determination by the commission or a county election board that a person who has filed a certification under section 2 of this chapter has accepted funds:
(1)from a prohibited source;
(2)in excess of the amount set forth in section 2 of this chapter;
and
(3)during the period described in section 2 of this chapter;
creates a presumption that the person has violated section 2 of this
chapter.
