§ 3-10-1-1 — Application of chapter
Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 1 Primary Elections in General Election Years
This chapter applies only to primary elections
that are held in general election years. It does not apply to municipal
primary elections, which are covered by IC 3-10-6.
